Andre Rodrigues is a real estate developer and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the United States. After moving to the U.S. in 2003, he built his career in the construction industry, gaining extensive hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of residential projects. In 2021, Andre relocated to South Florida, where he expanded his focus into real estate development and investment, specializing in luxury residential properties. His experience spans property acquisition, construction, design, project execution, and investment analysis. As Founder of Seven X Equity, Andre brings a developer’s perspective to real estate investing—combining construction expertise, disciplined investment analysis, and local market knowledge to identify and execute carefully selected opportunities.
